Service & Provider Assessment undertaken 27/03/24 It was considered that the key criteria for this services should be equally weighted to reflect both the service provision and the specialism of the provision. There were no Conflicts of Interest identified amongst the decision making committee and individuals completing the assessment. All Conflicts are managed using the ICB COI processes along with the NHSE COI guidance and PSR Regulation 21 and guidance.",
