Notice Description
The provider is an existing provider, who is currently satisfying the requirements of the existing contract. The provider has been assessed against the criteria specified for this DAP C process: Quality & Innovation 20%. Value 20%. Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability 20%, Access Health Inequalities and Choice 20%; Social Value 20%. Key criteria were specified, and assessment against each criterion was assessed based on the current service delivery model and performance. and the supplier meets all the requirements specified to the satisfaction of the ICB, and it is expected that they will satisfy the requirements of the new contract.

Lot 1
The Stroke Recovery Service provides a seamless experience of care for the person affected by stroke, where their needs are placed at the centre. Performing a unique, but complementary role - focused on life after stroke which importantly starts immediately after stroke, rather than following rehab, to support the best possible recovery for individuals affected by stroke. The provider is an existing provider, who is currently satisfying the requirements of the existing contract. The provider has been assessed against the criteria specified for this DAP C process: Quality & Innovation 20%. Value 20%. Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability 20%, Access Health Inequalities and Choice 20%; Social Value 20%. Key criteria were specified, and assessment against each criterion was assessed based on the current service delivery model and performance. and the supplier meets all the requirements specified to the satisfaction of the ICB, and it is expected that they will satisfy the requirements of the new contract. The contract is for 12 months indicatively from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 subject to contract conclusion. The indicative value for the service is PS171,753

There were no Conflicts of Interest identified amongst the decision making committee and individuals completing the assessment. All Conflicts are managed using the ICB COI processes along with the NHSE COI guidance and PSR Regulation 21 and guidance.",
