The supplier is appointed to provide specialist archiving activities for one of the Cluster data sets. Additional information: This is awarded under Regulation 32. Contract Change Control Notice. Original contract value is EUR99,220. New contract value is EUR139,194.

The effective and timely delivery of WBD Cluster science operations support work requires the use of hardware (both computing hardware and engineering models of their instrument), software, procedures, interfaces, detailed instrument knowledge, documentation and operational expertise developed by Sheffield University (who generated the largest part of this) and the University of Iowa from the early 1990s. All of this is Intellectual Property which belongs to these organisations.
