Lot 1
NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Halton Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver the Social prescribing link worker Service in Halton. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2024, expire on 31st March 2025 and has an annual contract value of PS412,293. A competitive procurement process will also commence during 2024/25 with a view to awarding a contract for 3 years plus 1 from 1st April 2025.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
