The interventions proposed are intended to significantly contribute to the priorities outlined in the Council Plan (2019-2024), the Public Health Vision 2030, and the Reducing Addiction Harm element of the Joint Local Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2023-2028. This additional investment is aligned with the strategic outcome of the Council Plan: that we will build healthy, inclusive communities and the overarching aim that Wulfrunians will live longer, healthier lives. It is also envisaged that the recruitment aligned to the workforce initiatives will offer job and development opportunities - another priority of the Council Plan.",
