Contract Summary
The Authority is tendering for Supported Accommodation for Young People to provide a sufficient and varied range of supported accommodation across the county. These Services will support the Authority to fulfil its sufficiency duty in relation to Looked After Children and to improve outcomes for Care Leavers and Homeless people. The Services will be provided in several ways: • Core Support and Visiting Support (building based) • Dispersed Visiting Services • Core Support and Dispersed Visiting Service for Teenage Parents • Supported Lodgings • Combined Families The procurement is separated into the following Lots: Services Lots Building based Lot 1 Core North Lot 2 Core North Lot 3 Core North Lot 4 Core North Lot 5 Core North Lot 6 Core Central Lot 7 Core Central Lot 8 Core Central Lot 9 Core Central Lot 10 Core Central Lot 11 Core Central Lot 12 Core East Lot 13 Core East Lot 14 Core East Lot 15 Core East Lot 16 Core East Lot 17 Core East Dispersed Visiting Service Lot 18 Dispersed visiting service Lot 19 Dispersed visiting service Teenage Parents Lot 20 Teenage Parents Lot 21 Teenage Parents Supported Lodgings Lot 22 Supported Lodgings Lot 23 Supported Lodgings Combined Families Lot 24 Combined Families Details of estimated annual values below are given in good faith to assist bidders in submitting their Tender.
