On 15th February 2024, St Helens Place Senior Leadership Team approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared. The following criteria informed the decision: Social Value: 10% Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice: 22.5% Value: 22.5% Integration , collaboration and service sustainability: 22.5% Quality & Innovation: 22.5% Representations by providers must be made to mervyn.kennedy@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk within 8 working days from the publication date of this notice.
