Hampshire County Council has established the Adoption Support Therapies Open Framework under the light touch regime of chapter 3 section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations (PCRs) to commission therapeutic and specialist assessor services on behalf of Adopt South. Adopt South is a Regional Adoption Agency comprising of Hampshire County Council, Southampton City Council, Portsmouth City Council and Isle of Wight Council. This notice pertains to the award of Framework agreements to suppliers who have successfully enrolled onto the Framework. Contract Summary
Hampshire County Council, on behalf of Adopt South, is inviting suitably qualified organisations who wish to be considered to join an Open Framework for Adoption Support Therapies. The purpose of the Framework is to increase access to therapeutic providers and specialist assessors to provide services to children and families. The Framework will be always open/ for new suppliers to join after the initial evaluation of submissions. The Open Framework will be for a duration of two years with optional extension period(s) totalling not more than 12 months. The provision of these services and assessments are required to meet the eligibility criteria for the Adoption & Special Guardian Support Fund(ASGSF). Interested parties should register their interest on in tend (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire ) and complete their Enrolment Stage questionnaire by the 15th August 2024.

Contract Summary
Hampshire County Council is looking to establish an Adoption Support Therapies Open Framework on behalf of Adopt South the regional adoption agency (RAA) partnership that provides adoption services on behalf of Hampshire County Council, Isle of Wight Council, Portsmouth City Council, and Southampton City Council. Adopt South will be using the Framework to commission therapeutic services and specialist assessments for adoptive children and families . As such two information events will beheld via MS teams. The first will be held on the 23rd May 2023 between 17:30 -1830 The second will be held on the 24th May 2024 between 10:00 -11:00 The event will involve a brief description on the Council's intention to create the Framework, an outline of the service specification and the procurement model that will be adopted to fulfil this requirement. Suppliers are invited to register on In tend and message the authority with their name, contact details and the preferred market engagement event they wish to attend after which the teams invite will be emailed to them. Questions and Answers will be recorded and subsequently published for those who cannot attend either event.
