To enter into agreements with Support Staff Agencies to meet Redcar and Cleveland Council's accommodation sufficiency requirements for children in our care in compliance with section 20 and section 31 of the Children Act 1989. Contracts will be directly awarded to 31 March 2025. Contracts will be awarded to additional providers during this period as and when required.
Options: Contract variations may be made subject to the Terms and Conditions.
