To enter into agreements with providers of Residential Childrens Homes to meet Redcar and Cleveland Council's accommodation sufficiency requirements for children in our care in compliance with section 20 and section 31 of the Children Act 1989. Contracts will be directly awarded to 31 March 2025. Contracts will be awarded to additional providers during this period as and when required. Providers who wish to be part of this contract are to contact the Council (by emailing childrenscommissioning@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk) and will be engaged on the same terms and conditions.

Options: Contract variations may be made subject to the Terms and Conditions.
