The Council is seeking a Provider with experience in: * delivering Public Health Nursing, Family Nurse Partnership, Oral Health Promotion, and Speech and Language services. * hosting specialist community public health nurse (SCPHN) training placements. * working in collaboration in the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme with Family Hubs (formerly Sure Start Children's Centres), * clinical governance for delivery of health services. * responding on behalf of health at child protection conference * uploading data to the Community Services Data Set (CSDS). * Must have own premises within the City to deliver the Service.
