This tender presents significant business growth opportunities for companies specialising in transport services, particularly those with expertise in providing car hire services for up to 10 persons. The requirement for a minimum score on quality-related criteria indicates a focus on high standards, making it ideal for established transport firms with robust organisational and contract management capabilities. Additionally, the emphasis on community benefits, climate emergency, and fair work conditions opens doors for businesses committed to these principles.
