To ensure continuity of service and facilitate lengthy exit arrangements around file storage modifications are required. These are client specific and are up to 30 months. DoF will seek to rely on Regulation 72(1)(b) for additional works, services or supplies "have become necessary" and were not includesd in the initial procurement and a change of supplier would not be practicable for economic, technocal or interoperability reasons) and would involve substantial inconvenience / duplication of costs. The value at VII.1.6 is the modification value.
