The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Conflicts managed by: The booking pathways are regulated by the Service Manager via the administration team. Booking of lists and clinics takes place by RCHT staff to ensure there are no conflicts of interest. Clinical staff are requested to sign a \"Conflict of Interests\" declaration form each year. The key criteria were evaluated on a pass/fail basis with the provider currently satisfying (passing) all key criteria and it is expected that they will continue to do so in the new iteration of the contract.",
