The Relevant Authority is of the view, taking into account likely providers and all relevant information available to it at this time, that it has identified the most suitable provider. 3 of the 5 Key Criteria were balanced with equal priority of 20% and considered on this basis. The fourth criterion was allocated a higher weighting of 30% to ensure alignment with grant condition to improve quality. The final criterion (Social Value) was allocated a weighting of 10% in line with the Council's guidance. Following assessment, it was decided that Humankind Charity is the Most Suitable Provider to deliver the service. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.
