Procurement Information
Hanna and Hutchinson were awarded the contract following a restricted procedure procurement. They had begun working on the design and management of the car park improvements/refurbishments, however, the Covid 19 pandemic and subsequent economic crisis stopped all works and delayed the project for several years. The consultant has been involved with the project since its inception and has specialist and proprietary knowledge of the sites and works. Therefore, due to their unique knowledge and to ensure the consistency and conformity of the works, the consultant is the only organisation who can undertake the remainder of the works.
