The timetable (subject to change) for the tender is as follows: 31st July 2024 - 10.00am site visit by bidding companies. 23rd August 2024 - 12.00noon tender submissions. 28th August 2024 - Shortlisting for presentations completed. 4th September 2024 - Presentations to school. 6th September 2024 - Contract award (subject to standstill). 26th October 2024 - Contract commences.
Renewal: A further 24 months up to a maximum of 60 months based on contract performance.
