Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 17th July 2024 to the following email address: Norfolkandwaveney.delegatedcommissioning@nhs.net The award decision makers are Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board. This Direct Award Process C was approved by the Norfolk and Waveney ICB Primary Care Commissioning Committee. No conflicts of interest were flagged as part of this process. The Key Criteria were weighted as follows; Key Criteria: Section 1: Quality & Innovation - 20.00% Key Criteria: Section 2: Value - 20.00% Key Criteria: Section 3: Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability - 20.00% Key Criteria: Section 4 Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice - 20.00% Key Criteria: Section 5: Social Value - 20.00% The weightings for the 5 key criteria were determined by the procurement panel to give appropriate relative importance to each of the sections equally in line with the commissioning expectations for the service. The key criteria were all deemed to be off equal importance and were used to assess the providers performance accordingly. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.",
