Award of a contract for the insourcing of Endoscopy Services

Lot 1
The intended contract award is for the provision of insourcing of Endoscopy Services. The provider will be responsible for delivering endoscopy sessions for standard diagnostic scopes including OGD on a fixed session basis at Solihull Hospital & Mixed Scoping Sessions flexibly across all sites, with the aim to increase activity and reduce waiting list numbers and waiting times for patients.
The Authorities intention is to award to the existing provider following the Direct Award C Process under the Provider Selection Regime.
The initial term of the contract shall run from 18th July 2024 to 31st August 2024. The contract will have the option to extend for up to a further 6 months.
The anticipated maximum value of the initial term of the contract is PS387,325.
Options: The contract may be extended for up to a further 6 months upon the expiry of the initial term.
