Lot 2a Lancashire & South Cumbria Learning Disability service offer covering Lancashire and South Cumbria - to be available for all postcodes throughout LSC
Lot 2b Lancashire & South Cumbria Enhanced service offer for place-based need for Lancashire
Lot 2c Lancashire & South Cumbria Enhanced service offer for place based need Blackburn with Darwen
Lot 2d Lancashire & South Cumbria Enhanced service offer for place based need Blackpool
