NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board have undertaken a procurement process for Community Services. <br/><br/>The anticipated contract duration will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a further 3 years as required.<br/><br/>Services are expected to be delivered from October 2025 to October 2030, with the Commissioner having options to extend up until October 2033.<br/><br/>The procurement is split into the following lots:<br/>Lot 1 Adult Community Services Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley<br/>Lot 2 Adult Community Services East Kent<br/>Lot 3 Adult Community Services Medway & Swale<br/>Lot 4 Adult Community Services West Kent<br/>Lot 5 Children's Community Services Medway & Swale<br/>Lot 6 Children's Community Services Dartford Gravesham & Swanley; East Kent; West Kent.

Lot 1 Adults Community Services Dartford Gravesham & Swanley
Provision of Adult Community Services in Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley.
Community Services incorporate a range of clinical healthcare services delivered to patients in a community (out of hospital) setting.
This notice is to communicate the intention to award a contract under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process
This contract relates to an existing service with the intention to award being made to an existing provider.
The Contract will commence October 2025 for 5 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for a further 3 years.

Lot 2 Adult Community Services East KentProvision of Adult Community Services in East Kent.
