Lot 1

Description of the services to be provided: The Authority requires the Provider to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities by developing or delivering an Integrated Sexual Health Service in Lancashire. The Provider will deliver services against 5 main strands of work. The Provider will deliver an Integrated All Age Clinical Sexual Health Service. The Provider will deliver Specialist Young Persons Sexual Health Services. The Provider will enable access to a comprehensive Digital Sexual Health Service. The Provider will deliver a full programme of Training for Lancashire-based professionals in Sexual and Reproductive Health. The Provider will deliver a comprehensive Programme of Outreach and Prevention around core sexual and reproductive health issues The Authority (Lancashire County Council) is intending to award the contract to the existing provider following Direct Award Process C . The approximate lifetime value of the contract is up to PS53,975,104 The intended contract dates are: Contract start date: 01/04/2025 Contract end date: 31/01/2032 The contract will have an initial term of five years, with the option to extend up to 31/01/2032.

Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight 02/08/2024 .
