On the 5th of April 2024 the ICB Halton Place Senior Leadership Team Group approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared. On the 5th of March 2024 the ICB Warrington Place Senior Leadership Team Group approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared.
