PD Ports- Provision of Temporary Agency Resource
Lot No. Lot 1- Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource - The Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource is designed to optimize staffing solutions across PD Ports by establishing partnerships with select vendors who can deliver specialized temporary workforce solutions. This model ensures that PD Ports can swiftly adapt to fluctuating operational demands while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. The lot is divided into three distinct sub-lots, each targeting a specific area of operations within PD Ports: Sub-lot 1. Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Teesport Operations) This sub-lot involves the direct supply and management of temporary staffing resources for Teesport Operations. The preferred vendor will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient placement of temporary workers, maintaining high service standards and compliance with operational requirements. Sub-lot 2. Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Logistics): This sub-lot covers the provision of temporary labour tailored specifically for logistics operations within PD Ports. The preferred vendor will handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes to meet the dynamic needs of the logistics sector. Sub-lot 3. Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Training Provision): This sub-lot involves the provision of training and professional development services through temporary or contract-based training delivery. The preferred vendor will ensure that trainers are adequately qualified and meet PD Ports' training objectives.
