The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 20/12/2024 . This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. Written representations can be made to tenders@westminster.gov.uk. The award decision makers were representatives of Westminster City Council. There were no declared conflicts of interest. The basis for awarding this Contract and evaluation model was set out in the Instructions to Tenderers and is the most economically advantageous tender. The Award Criteria included Basic Selection and Key Criteria combining Price (weighted at 30%) and Quality (weighted at 70%), covering: 1. Quality and Innovation 2. Value 3. Integration, collaboration and service sustainability 4. Improving Access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice 5. Social Value The Authority's evaluation produced a total score for each tenderer; the highest score representing the most economically advantageous tender was awarded the contract.",

Details of the individuals involved in the review and final award decision: Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, Public Health and the Voluntary Sector; Executive Director for Adult Social Care, Public Health and Voluntary Sector; Procurement and Legal representatives Westminster City Council. Notification of the outcome of the review was shared on the 18/12/2024, the Authority has made a further decision to enter into the Contract.",
