NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (HIOW ICB) is awarding Mountbatten Isle of Wight Limited a 12 month contract for the assessment of Fast Track eligibility and the provision of domiciliary care in the person's own home for those eligible for Fast Track funded care.

NHS HIOW ICB is awarding a contract under urgent circumstances for the provision of assessment of Fast Track eligibility and the provision of domiciliary care in the person's own home for those eligible for Fast Track funded care. An urgent award is required due to a partner organisation of the ICB no longer being able to support the ongoing contract, procurement, and payment hosting services for the contract, and there being an insufficient lead time to enable formal re-procurement. This notice covers the award of a 12 month interim contract with a total value of PS171,577. The contract is being awarded from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2025.
