    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. <br/><br/>The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. <br/><br/>The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority before midnight on 3rd December 2024. Any representations must be made to email address: ekh-tr.procurement@nhs.net, with the subject line titled: 'C237700_MSP_PSR_Representations_[insert your company name]'.<br/><br/>This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/><br/>The Contracting Authority is of the view that after having taken into account likely providers and all relevant information available to it at this time, that it has identified the most suitable provider. Each of the five key criteria elements (quality and innovation; value, integration, collaboration and service sustainability; improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitation choice; and social value) were considered and balanced with equal importance. <br/><br/>This decision has been made as per the Contracting Authority's governance processes. No declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of the individuals making the decision were identified.",
