This procurement, classified under the Law-courts-related administrative services industry, aims to establish a framework agreement for various transcription services including Off-Site Transcription Services (OTS), Attendance-Based Transcription Services (ATS), and Real-Time Transcription Services (RTS). Companies providing off-site transcription, on-site stenography, or real-time transcription will find valuable prospects in this framework. The procurement, divided into two lots, allows businesses to participate in one or both areas of service delivery. Winning a position on the framework can result in multiple contracts through subsequent mini competitions, with a total of eight contracts planned to be awarded. This tender suits businesses capable of delivering accurate, timely transcription services in compliance with MOJ and HMCTS requirements, presenting them with a chance to expand their operations and build a robust client portfolio.
