Notice Description
GP Services - To provide medical input, care management, support and advice for the residents in Lings Bar Rehabilitation centre, (72 beds).<br/><br/>This notice is to confirm the intention of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to award a contract under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Competitive Process.<br/>This is an existing service being awarded to a new provider.<br/>The contract start date will be the 1st of January 2025 for a term of 12 months, and its expected value is PS150,000.00

Lot 1
Medical input, care management, support and advice for the residents in Lings Bar
Rehabilitation centre, (72 beds). Ensuring the service is well led in-line with CQC domain definitions and fully supported to deliver high quality primary medical level of care and oversight for residents.
Patients may have transferred from acute care or require step up from community-based care, are medically fit and require a period of assessment, rehabilitation recovery and/or reablement to achieve discharge into an appropriate community setting.
This notice is to confirm the intention of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to award a contract under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Competitive Process.
This is an existing service being awarded to a new provider.
The contract start date will be the 1st of January 2025 for a term of 12 months, and its expected value is PS150,000.00.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents. Additional information: was provided within documents available on the Atamis Portal
Options: To be extended by TWO period of TWELVE months
(Maximum contract durations of THREE years)
Renewal: It is understood that the requirement shall still exist at the expiry of the contract arising from this invitation
