Lot 1

The current Supported Living Framework commenced on 15 August 2023 and ends on 14 August 2027. The framework is re-opened for new applications annually throughout the Period of the Contract with this award being for the first re-opening. The Council will review new applications annually. The Framework will cover all provision within Redcar & Cleveland for supported living services, including supported living schemes, dispersed properties with care, and outreach support.

Options: Subject to delegated approval.
