To provide individual and their families/carers with access to high quality services which are person centred and promote independence. Individuals will be treated with dignity and respect, kept safe, offered choice and control, whilst being supported by highly skilled and dedicated staff.

Lot 1 Bridgwater (23 beds)
Renewal: There is an option to extend by mutual agreement for up to two further periods of up to 24 months each and one further period of up to 12 months.
