Cumberland 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (Public Health Nursing Service)
Notice Description
The Council conducted an open procurement via a Competitive Process under The Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023 for a 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (Public Health Nursing Service) contract. Bids were assessed and the council intends to award the contract to Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust to commence on 1st April 2025. Starting on the 25th of November 2024, the council will be observing a standstill period of 8 working days before entering into any contract, in accordance with the requirements of regulation 12 of the Provider's Selection Regime 2024. The council will also be observing a call-in period. Standstill and call in periods will conclude at midnight on 4th December 2024. Subject to successful completion of the standstill and call-in periods, the council will issue a contract to the successful bidder named above.

Refer to II.1.4 for details relating to the intention to award and the standstill period.
Renewal: The council proposes to enter into the Contract for an initial term of five years with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider). The initial term is from the 1st of April 2025 to 31st of March 2030. There are 3 optional extensions of up to 12 months each. Use of these optional extensions is at the absolute discretion of the Council. If all of these optional extensions are used, the framework will end on 31st March 2033.
