Notice Description

Establishment of a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of homecare and related services for adults across Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The framework covers neighbourhood-based homecare provision, spot purchasing, complex care by exception, reablement and hospital discharge services, and accommodation-based homecare. The services fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and were procured under the Light Touch Regime.

Lot Information

Neighbourhood Provision

Place-based homecare across 10 geographic locations. All new referrals will be received by Lot 1 Service providers in the 1st instance. For further information and access to the specification, please login/register on the e-tendering portal (Jaggaer).

Renewal: 5 year initial term with options to extend by up to 2 years. Possible total of 7 years.

Spot Provision

Where the Lot 1 Neighbourhood Provider cannot take the referral due to capacity concerns or being unable to meet service user needs, the referral will be offered to Lot 2 Spot Provision homecare Service Providers. Complex by Exception
