The British Standards Institution (BSI) is the UK's National Standards Body, established by Royal Charter, and operating under a Memorandum of Understanding with UK Government to pursue shared public interests. A contract has been awarded in line with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 under Regulation 32(2)(b) where competition is absent for technical reasons.
