Notice Description
The school is putting its catering service out to tender with a contract start date of 6th January 2025. Currently the service is provided in house.

Pupil Numbers: - by year group Year 7 - 219 Year 8 - 232 Year 9 - 208 Year 10 - 234 Year 11 - 240 Sixth Form - N/A Total - 1,133 at present Pricings/Sales Meal Deal Price - 2.50 GBP FSM - Entitled: 399 / Uptake: 399 / Value: 2.50 GBP Pupil Paid Meal - Uptake: 550 approx / Value: 2.50 GBP Staff Duty Meal - N/A Staff Cash Meals - No of Staff: 166 / Uptake: Up until the end of April 24 all staff were entitled to free lunch. Staff now have to pay for lunch through the ParentPay system so uptake has been quite slow approx. 30 staff a day. / Value: 2.50 GBP Sales over 12 months - TBC Service Times: Breakfast: 07:30 - 08:10 / Break: N/A / Lunch: 11:50 - 13:30 / Sixth Form: N/A Currently managed in house Other Information: Halal meat is required / There will be members of the catering team in a LGPS
Renewal: Renewal possible after three years subject to satisfactory performance.
