The Council required a suitably qualified and experienced lift contractor to provide lift servicing, breakdown and repair (including occasional major component replacement due to obsolescence, DDA and compliance updates etc.) to the Council.
Renewal: 2.5 It is anticipated that the contract will run from 1st April 2025 or any later date determined by the Council for an initial 3 years to 31st March 2028, after which the Council reserves the right to extend the Contract for a further 2 x 1 year periods.
