Renewal: The Contract is a 12 month Fixed Price Contract (except in respect of Value Added Tax) with the option for the Council to extend for two periods of 12 months each, subject to an agreed adjustment of the Contract rates in accordance with the terms of the Contract and a satisfactory performance.
