BNSSG ICB south to commission Hospital Discharge and Community Support at Home Service under the new Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Beds Services Specification Framework (Lot 1- Discharge to Assess Service) for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) residents. NHS Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Care Services Framework (SBS Framework, Reference: 10230). The Commissioner is awarding the contract to British Red Cross in accordance with the NHS Patient Discharge and Mental Health Step Down Care Services Framework (SBS Framework, Reference: 10230). The initial contract term is 2 years and 10 months commencing 1 June 2024 - 31 March 2027 and an optional further 12 months to 31 March 2028. The total contract value is PS1,634,054.16 This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
