    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 14th November 2024 (24:00 Hrs - Midnight). This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to:- procurement@mpft.nhs.uk The award decision makers are Sarb O'Brien and Di Pudlo. All stakeholders have completed a conflict of interest document and no conflicts have been noted. The key assessment criteria were based on Quality and Innovation/Value/Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability/Improving access, reducing health inequalities and Facilitating Choice and Social value to demonstrate greater transparency of the Service being delivered. The provider was able to adequately demonstrate that they fulfilled the required criteria. The intention is to award the Contract to:- Mindler Limited 25 Wilton Road London SW1V 1LW The approximate lifetime value of the Contract will be PS424,000.00",
