Under this Lot the supplier will provide the below products: A - Generators B - Diathermy C - Smoke evacuation D - Vessel sealing E - Trocars and access F - Laparoscopic Instrumentation G - Surgical Stapling and Ligating clips H - Associated products - to include other products associated with the above listed for example, grounding plates, switch (pedal and handheld). TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement and any resulting call-off contract are appended to the ITT. These agreements include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE.
