Home Group has established a framework agreement of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Fire Risk Assessments on such Home Group premises as, rented accommodation, offices, supported accommodation, leasehold accommodation and commercial premises. The scope of the premises covered will include all Home Group property types. The contract covers the entirety of the area including properties Home Group may acquire or become responsible for during the contract term. Assessors may also be required to complete other associated work types under this contract.
