It will offer a combination of face to face and online sessions and operate flexibly to deliver some sessions during evenings and weekends and the provider will need to work collaboratively with local statutory and voluntary services to ensure the service complements existing provision.<br/><br/>Key features of the service are that the workforce will include employees with lived experience and it will be evaluated and shaped by the people who use it to ensure it can respond to emerging needs and preferences.",
