Notice Description
This is a prior information notice to seek engagement with economic operators to understand the marketplace for integrated home parenteral nutrition services generally described as the manufacture, delivery and homecare support for patients with intestinal failure. To this end the Business Services Organisation, Procurement and Logistics Service (BSO PaLS) on behalf of HSCNI are seeking to engage with potential suppliers to obtain a market view of potential requirements by holding a one-day in person Supplier Engagement Day on TUESDAY 7TH JANUARY 2025 in BSO PaLS Offices, 77 Boucher Crescent, Belfast, BT12 6HU. The purpose of the session will be to facilitate engagement with suppliers in the field of Parenteral Nutrition. Any interested economic operators should, in the first instance, express their interest in attending supplier engagement day by emailing PDRandOps.Sourcing@hscni.net NO LATER THAN 3.00PM ON FRIDAY 13TH DECEMBER 2024. Please include in your email, confirmation of: Supplier Name: Name of Contact Person: Contact Person Telephone Number: Contact Person Email Address. Please note, all correspondence in relation to this PIN will be communicated via this email address. A copy of the Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire - Home Parenteral Nutrition will be provided to you following receipt of your expression of interest email. The engagement day will be divided up into 45-minute slots at which you will be required to present your answers to Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire to the Contracting Adjudication Group PaLS will use the information collected to assist in the preparation of the tender documents and to help ensure the documentation produced is clear and equitable for all Tenderers. Economic operators should also note that any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.

The supplier engagement day will be divided up into 45-minute slots at which you will be required to present your answers to Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire to the Contracting Adjudication Group. Any interested suppliers are required to submit their interest to PDRandOps.Operations@hscni.net NO LATER THAN 3.00PM ON FRIDAY 13TH DECEMBER 2024 . Economic operators should also note that any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.
