The Authority is looking to appoint a single Preferred Supplier to manage all aspects of the Service. As such, a Lotting Strategy is deemed inappropriate as it risks creation of unnecessary fragmentation and complexity. Accordingly, the service will be offered as a single contract awarded to a single Preferred Supplier. The aggregate value of the contract (including extensions) as advertised in the Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS) is PS346,146,770 British Pound Sterling. The contract to be entered into by the Authority and the Preferred Supplier for the procurement will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. The contract term is from 01st October 2025 - 30th September 2032, with the option to extend for a maximum of 36 months. This stated optional extension period is in no way guaranteed, and activation of such extension will be at the sole discretion of the Authority based on fundamental principles, including the performance of the supplier and results of any service evaluations undertaken. The Authority is undertaking a competitive process utilising the Restricted Procedure within the scope of the Public Contract regulations 2015 (as amended).
