The provision of the integrated Drug and Alcohol Recovery and Harm Minimisation Services across Sunderland, provides an integrated model and places Service Users, their families and Carers, with a recovery focused approach to enable people to improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential. The Service will be delivered using the principles of a whole system approach which will comprise of the following 5 broad areas of activity: * Access to Specialist Drug and Alcohol Harm Minimisation; * Identification and support for Higher Risk Drinkers; * Structured treatment for adults who are dependent on drugs or alcohol; * Support for system Integrated Working; * Completion and recovery
