Notice Description
Procurement of a Service is to meet the needs of all victim-survivors and their families experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse and perpetrators of domestic abuse. This procurement process falls under the Light Touch Regime as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Regulation 74 - 77). The Council is basing this procurement on the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") as modified through the procurement documents.

Procurement of a Service is to meet the needs of all victim-survivors and their families experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse and perpetrators of domestic abuse. This procurement process falls under the Light Touch Regime as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Regulation 74 - 77). The Council is basing this procurement on the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") as modified through the procurement documents.
Renewal: The initial contract period shall commence on 1st October 2025 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend on any number of occasions up to a further 3 years meaning the final possible contract end date is 30th September 2031.
