Lot 1

The service is for talking therapies to be provided across City and Hackney. The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and the intention is to award the providers the contract for the period 1st April 2025 to 1st January 2030 (with a break clause after three years), following PSR Direct Award Process C as there is no change to the contract terms. The value of the contract over one year is PS1,161,923, consisting of the following amounts: MIND Talking Therapies PS331,089 Derman Talking Therapies PS267,584 Bikur Cholim Talking Therapies PS264,202 Befriending Service within HUH High Intensity User Service PS44,619 Step Up (to employment & volunteering)PS116,307 ACH Outreach Service including Digital Resources PS138,122

Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 17th December 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
