    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 1st Feb 2025. Written representations can be made to dpt.procurementcontracting@nhs.net. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. Details of the award decision makers are as follows:- Service Manager Lead Psychologist Senior Management Accountant Commercial & Operational Lead 2x Experts by Experience There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the award decision. The decision to award this contract as per the Competitive process was based on evaluation against basic selection criteria which was assessed on pass/fail basis and other key criteria which were assessed on a 0-3 scale. Several tender questions were asked as per below criteria & weighting:- Financial Planning : 8% Quality of Service : 75% Sustainability: 10% Cost: 2% There was also a face to face meeting held where the provider was invited to present their service proposal. This carried a weighting of 5%. The provider selected for award has been chosen as they passed the basic selection criteria and were the highest scoring bidder overall, against the key criteria.",
