Provision of a comprehensive diagnostic microbiology service including clinical advice to healthcare professionals. This service also includes clinical advice to healthcare professionals. The Commissioner is directly awarding, following direct award process A, a contract to The UK Health Security Agency in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation (9) of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract has been awarded for the period 01/04/2024 - 31/03/2026 with no provision for extension included NHS SCW CSU have been requested to issue this notice on behalf of the commissioner.
