Innovate UK-UKRI seeks a supplier to conduct a light touch process and impact evaluation (with robust econometric analysis) of the Biomedical Catalyst Programme for a duration of 24 months. This evaluation will assess the extent to which the BMC is making or has made an impact in relation to its key objectives: 1. Deliver growth to the UK health & life sciences sectors 2. Enable the pull-through of academic research into a commercial setting 3.Help existing UK SMEs to become competitive and sustainable 4.Leverage investment into UK-based innovative health and life sciences businesses, particularly into earlier, high-quality, high-risk projects.
