Sovini Ltd ("Sovini") have taken the decision to award this contract direct without prior publication with justifications that; the choice of potential suppliers is heavily limited due to the niche nature of the products/services required and two previously advertised tender received no suitable responses. Over the past 12-18 months, Sovini have embarked on a major change as part of the wider group and implementation of an overall ERP system.
